Our shop does not process refunds. Returns and exchanges of products purchased on our website will only be processed if the purchaser was shipped an incorrect size or if the product arrived damaged (for example: torn, dented, logo misprint etc.). If the product was damaged after delivery (for example: a package left outside in inclement weather) it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and no refunds will be processed. If the product was purchased from a third-party provider/website, the purchaser acknowledges that they must contact the third-party for refunds or exchange requests. No exchanges will be processed because the purchaser bought an incorrect size or for a lack of satisfaction with quality, style, fit, colour or any other intangible, aesthetic, or other characteristics of the item. No refunds shall be given for music purchases. Purchasers agree not to formally redistribute any music purchases or rebrand/remarket them as their own or any entity other than Black Maple Magazine Productions. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify size and fit details before finalizing and processing their purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify and consent to the currency type, cost, and shipping details, and any potential shipping fees, taxes, and duties which their purchase may entail. If the purchase is made from a third-party website, the purchaser understands that they are legally bound by the terms and conditions of the third-party website for exchanges, returns, refunds, and all other potential issues arising from their purchase. If the purchaser chooses to buy from a third-party website with subscriptions or other fees, it is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to create a subscription and pay the third-party website’s stipulated costs/fees. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, duties, or import charges. You represent and warrant that: (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.
